the room was dark, and the pillows were less than comfortable, not exactly the luxurious experience I imagined. Also, just one key for my stay? how quaint. I could’ve overlooked these minor inconveniences if I had received a complimentary upgrade, but alas, I left disappointed. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t take it, really.
